Return Policy

Want to make a return?! No worries!

We have a 7-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 7 days after your item is listed as "delivered" on your order's tracking information to request a return for eligible items via email.

To start a return, you can contact us via email at Please make your subject line: RETURN MY ORDER. In your email, please include your name associated with the order, your order number, which product(s) you would like to return & your reasoning behind returning them.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how & where to send your package.

Please understand that you are responsible for ALL fees involved with sending your items back to us, including but not limited to, shipping fees, packaging fees, etc.

Please also understand that any original shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted and/or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, without damages, unwashed, & must be in the same condition that you received them with original tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once you receive instructions from us on how & where to send your package, you will have 7 business days to mail out the items.

Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, pre-order items, gift cards, custom designed items, and/or any item that has "This is a final sale item" written in its description.

Damaged Items 

In the very rare occurrence that your item arrives damaged and/or with other issues, please contact us immediately via email at so that we can make it right! Life can be imperfect sometimes & so can small businesses. If something like this happens, please get in touch with us ASAP.

***In your email, please include at least 1 picture of the damaged item in which the damage can be clearly seen. Please be sure that the picture is taken in natural light and that the entire product is shown in the picture.

We kindly require that you email us with all of the above information regarding your damaged item within 10 days of your delivery date. We want to make this right, but can only do so if you get in touch within this time span and provide us with this very important information! Thank you!

***Please note that damages due to NOT following our directions on how to care for your item are NOT eligible for a refund. Care instructions are available on each product's description page throughout the website. It is your responsibility to read this information on our website & care for your product accordingly. Missing Packages/ Packages Lost In Transit

If your order's tracking information is listed as delivered, but you never received it, or if it says lost in transit, please file a complaint with your local post office and/or click the links below to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Refunds cannot be given for packages that did not arrive to you, as this is unfortunately completely out of our control as an online business. You will need to get in touch with the shipping carrier directly, as they truly are the only ones who have any control over this.

Online shopping has become a HUGE part of our world & continues to grow more every single day! Our shipping carriers work hard to make this a reality for consumers & businesses! Occurrences like this do NOT happen often, but they absolutely can happen, which is why shipping carriers have convenient ways for you to file a claim regarding your missing packages on their websites. We hope you understand the reasoning behind our policies & we hope that the above information is helpful.


The best way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


You will be notified once we're received & inspected your return. If approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please note that if your item does not come back in acceptable condition, your items will be sent back to you and additional charges will apply.

Please note that if you are refunded, it might take a few days or weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund to your account. Please understand that we do not have any control over the speed at which your refund gets posted to your account.
